Manager - Support & Managed Services
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Support & Managed Services to lead our support and managed services team and act as the senior technical escalation point for our clients. This is a hands-on “player-coach” role: you will lead major incidents and complex escalations from the front, own the service delivery relationship with clients, and build a capable, engaged and high-performing team. You will report directly to the General Manager – Solutions & Services and play a pivotal part in the growth and maturity of the practice.
What you will be doing
Act as the technical lead on escalated and major incidents, driving timely resolution and thorough root cause analysis
Own the service delivery relationship for managed services clients leading service reviews and reporting on SLA and contract performance
Provide senior, hands-on support across network (Secure Networking, Security) & infrastructure and Integrated Health platforms (like - Olinqua, Mobicall, Spectralink)
Identify and progress proactive service improvements that permanently resolve recurring issues
Own workforce planning, roster and resource forecasting, keeping ahead of demand and the service pipeline
Lead, coach and develop the team running regular 1:1s, performance check-ins and appraisals
Ensure accurate, timely incident, status and service reporting
Participate in and oversee the after-hours / on-call escalation roster
Network Engineer - Project Engineering
We're expanding our engineering team and looking for skilled and experienced Network Engineers who thrive in complex environments, and enjoy tackling challenging technical problems. If you’re the type of engineer who gets energised by new technologies, enjoys continuous learning, and wants exposure to a diverse range of projects rather than repetitive BAU work, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Project Engineering, this role will see you as a member of a highly skilled team delivering a diverse range of projects in critical infrastructure environments.
Stage, configure, and implement a range of different technologies in both green field and existing environments.
Produce high quality documentation including network diagrams, detailed designs, implementation plans, change requests, and as built documentation.
Work autonomously on your own projects and assist senior engineers with large scale project deployments.
Work with leading technologies including Cisco (routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, security) and Fortinet (firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN).
Get hands on with the latest enterprise network technologies, such as Cisco SDA.
Provide Level 2 support across LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and unified communications environments as required.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure delivery expectations are met or exceeded.
Contribute to the team knowledge base and other knowledge sharing activities.
Leverage experience supporting uptime critical environments.
Participation in the on call roster.
